Project for the Finnish Virtual university The Department of Education and the Deparment of Computer Science of the University of Helsinki started the IQ Form project in year 2001 to develop the evaluation and support system of learning. There has been created an interactive system of feedback, the IQ Form system. The IQ Form project is one of Finnish Virtual University projects and it is financed by the Ministry of Education. The IQ Form system consists of two parts that function independently. Both parts are web-based and form dynamically by students' behaviour. The IQ Learn system increases student's self-knowledge and gives information for developing strategical learning skills. The IQ Team is directed to student groups. With the help of the IQ Team a student can evaluate his/her functioning as a part of a group and students can discuss about the functionality of the group together. The IQ Team offers also a social space and scopes for action where collaborative knowledge construction virtually is supported and target-oriented. |
